Marketing is communication, and brand communication is what Aliisa excels in. That conviction runs through everything she does at Ainoa.

She holds a BA in English language and linguistics (with marketing as her minor) and is completing an MA in English, alongside further study in communication, entrepreneurship, and leadership. The combination lets her see both how language actually works and what a business needs it to do.

At Ainoa she leads brand language: tone of voice, messaging, and copy. Her focus is the part most brands underestimate — taking a strong idea and putting it into words the right people genuinely understand, in a voice that sounds like the brand means it.
